One of the most
important factors in influencing employee happiness and general well-being in
an organization is secure employment. A sense of confidence, trust, and
commitment to their work and the organization develops when employees feel safe
in their roles. The following are some ways that increased employment stability
affects higher levels of employee satisfaction:
